Dark Balsamic & Vinegar: 

Our dark balsamic condimento is of the highest quality. It's made in Modena, Italy from caramelized grape must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes. The grape must in our condimento is cooked over an open wood fire in copper kettles. It is then aged using the Solera method which dictates that it be placed in a succession of different types of very old, fired wood barrels, each of which previously contained residual amounts of older balsamic dating back as far as 18 years and in some cases 25 years.
High quality ingredients are infused into the dark balsamic condimento to create the signature flavors we carry here at Pour Olive.

Black Cherry:
Natural black cherry combined with aged Balsamic Vinegar produces a sweet, fragrant, & rich tasting balsamic. Enjoy this cherry balsamic with cheeses, such as bleu and feta. Drizzle over molten chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream. Toss into your cocktails or fizzy drinks. Pairs well with our Persian Lime or Orange Oil, Rosemary and Basil olive oils, too. Try folding this balsamic into your yogurt or these Truffle Cookies.

Blackberry Ginger:
Wonderfully sweet, pleasingly tart. A perfect balance of juicy fruit flavor with a kick of ginger. This makes a fantastic dressing or marinade when paired with our infused Persian Lime oil!Try in BBQ sauce with a pork tenderloin, jazz up your soda or mixed drinks. Try this creamy yogurt blend with fresh fruit. Pair with Orange, Lemon, or Chipotle olive oils.

Black Mission Fig:
Thick, ripe and bursting with flavor. Outstanding over cheese, almost any salad, with peaches or grilled chicken. Simply drizzle over a juicy tomato for an easy snack. One of our most popular sellers! A natural & popular pairing = Fig Balsamic + Garlic Oil; Or pair this balsamic with Mushroom & Sage, Herbs de Provence, Tuscan Herb, Blood Orange or any plain UP olive oil.

Cinnamon Pear:
The natural sweetness of pear is combined with the robust flavor of freshly-ground cinnamon in this unique balsamic vinegar. Its powerful aroma of spiced fruit will please even the most seasoned connoisseur. Try as a glaze for roasted pork, or consider topping off poached pears with this unique vinegar. Perfect as a drizzle over roasted carrots, chicken, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, or root vegetables. Combine with Roasted Walnut Oil for an exceptional vinaigrette. Pairs well with Blood Orange oil, Lemon oil, or any Ultra Premium-Plain olive oil.

Dark Chocolate:
Rich dark chocolate flavors are combined with intense and sweet aged balsamic to create a unique show stopper! You can use it for savory and sweet dishes alike. It's a special touch on spinach salads along side steaks. Perfect for adding that secret touch to chili and mole sauce. It pairs well with hard, intense cheeses such as Parmesan, Asiago, and sharp Provolone. It's a must try on strawberries with vanilla ice cream or paired with pound cake. Pairs well with Orange, Chipotle, Harissa, Mushroom & Sage, and Basil olive oil.

**Denissimo**                                { A long time in the making! }
A traditional and unflavored balsamic. Aged is casks of mulberry, ash, oak, juniper, and cherry wood. An exquisite and exceedingly rare 1.36 density. Aged for over 18 years. Serve with your finest cheese plate, drizzle over melon or berries, use as a finishing glaze for roasted meats or poultry, adorn your grilled vegetables. The ultimate balsamic for any salad. A small drizzle over desserts like ice cream and molten chocolate cake is a must! Pairs with any fresh olive oil that suits your dish.

Floral, sweet, and slightly herbaceous, our all natural lavender captures the essence of this ancient flower. Pair with chicken, in vinaigrette, over ice cream or fresh fruit. Great on any greens too, from brussels to spinach. Toss a teaspoon or so into a refreshing gin & tonic or your lemonade (nope, you won't know it's a vinegar!). Neapolitan Herb:
Zesty and versatile, it has just the right amount of acidity to shine in a multitude of culinary applications, especially where a savory characteristic is desired. Made from traditional herbs long used in Neapolitan cuisine including rosemary, marjoram, thyme, garlic, and sage, it will launch your salad, marinade, or BBQ to the next culinary level. Try drizzled over roasted vegetables or fresh sliced summer heirloom tomatoes. Use to marinate poultry, spike a Bloody Mary, Portabella mushrooms, pork or a thick rib-eye steak before grilling. Fantastic in dressings, with pasta, rice, quinoa, drizzled over cucumbers and tomatoes, brushed on bruschetta or paired with creamy cheeses. We’ve found it to be fantastic paired with our Garlic, Blood Orange, Lemon, Lime, and Tuscan Herb Olive Oil. Any UP Certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil works well too.

This intense, sweet-tart flavor of our pomegranate balsamic is a perfect match for hearty meats, like lamb and duck. Adds depth to pan sauces, braised meats, or compotes. An enticing aroma and a delicate, sweet apple flavor, that is fruitier than most balsamic vinegars. Serrano Honey:
Our Award-Winning Artisan Serrano Honey Vinegar is sweet, tart, spiced and made from 100% honey. Amazingly complex, Honey Vinegar makes a great addition to salsa, ceviche, Bloody Mary’s, and shrimp. Delicious drizzled over sliced tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese. Add to dressings for leafy greens, potato, pasta and rice salads. Vermont Maple:
One of a kind, rich maple balsamic using 100% pure maple syrup produced at a family farm in Vermont. This balsamic is outrageously good. Don't get your thoughts stuck on breakfast either, this balsamic is great over brussel sprouts, carrots, or sweet potatoes. Pair it with our Blood Orange olive oil for a great salad tossed with pecans and chicken. Add it to various sauces or marinades. Use it with waffles, pancakes, or to glaze your bacon or pork loin. Try this broccoli out, too! Pairs well with any of our plain UP olive oils or Blood Orange, Chipotle, Harissa, or Walnut oil.
