Nut and Seed Oils:

{200ml: $15  |   375ml: $20}

Dark Toasted Sesame Oil
Our Japanese dark toasted sesame is roasted low and slow, and then pressed in small batches. It has tremendous depth of flavor and mouth-feel, unlike any you'd find on the grocery store shelf. Pairs brilliantly with Honey Ginger balsamic and especially well with Tangerine balsamic.

Roasted Walnut Oil                          -Most Popular!-
Our handcrafted roasted walnut oil is made in California, strictly following 150-year old French methods. It's slowly roasted to perfection then expeller pressed and lightly filtered. It adds a rich walnut taste to salad dressings/vinaigrette, pasta, grilled meat, risotto, and fresh basked pastries. It makes an incredible bread dipping oil. Pair with various balsamics, such as Strawberry, Blueberry, Maple, Red Apple, Cinnamon Pear, and Traditional 18-year aged.

{200ml: $20  |  375ml: $35}

Butternut Squash Seed Oil
Pressed right here in the U.S., this deliciously nutty and buttery oil is high in healthy mono- and polyunsaturated fats and is a rich source of Vitamin E. This seed oil is great as a finishing oil with fruits and vegetables. Use it in place of butter with smashed red bliss potatoes and kale and onions. The list goes on! Pair with Cinnamon Pear balsamic or Maple balsamic.

Roasted Pumpkin Seed Oil
The homegrown American version of Austrian pumpkin seed oil, roasted Pumpkin Seed Oil is 100% varietal oil made from oilseed pumpkins grown in New York. The oil has a deep red color and flavors of toasted sesame and umami (a smoky, savory flavor). It has a more complex profile than its Austrian cousin, Styrian pumpkin seed oil.
The oil makes a wonderful complement to grilled vegetables, roasted fish, or sautéed leafy greens. Try on fresh pasta or squash soup for a rich, distinctive alternative to olive oil. Lower smoke point of 250*
Pair with Cinnamon Pear balsamic, Espresso, or Dark Chocolate balsamic.

Truffle Oil:

{200ml: $20  |  375ml: $35}

All Natural Black Truffle Oil
This late fall, early winter truffle is used in the making of this savory oil. A 'tea method' is utilized which steeps the ripe truffles for extended periods of time in olive oil. Fantastic in cream-based soups, risotto or mashed potatoes. Our customers enjoy this oil over French Fries and pizza!
