Creamy Goat Cheese Pesto

2 cups packed fresh basil leaves
¼ cup PO garlic olive oil
¼ cup PO basil olive oil
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
8 oz. fresh Chevre
½ tsp. sea salt


1. Put the goat cheese, PO garlic olive oil, PO basil olive oil, basil, grated Parmesan and sea salt in a food processor or blender and process to a smooth paste
2. Use as a dip, spread or served over hot pasta.
