Dark Balsamic & Vinegar: 


Our dark balsamic condimento is of the highest quality. It's made in Modena, Italy from caramelized grape must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes. The grape must in our condimento is cooked over an open wood fire in copper kettles. It is then aged using the Solera method which dictates that it be placed in a succession of different types of very old, fired wood barrels, each of which previously contained residual amounts of older balsamic dating back as far as 18 years and in some cases 25 years.
High quality ingredients are infused into the dark balsamic condimento to create the signature flavors we carry here at Pour Olive.

Blackberry Ginger:
Wonderfully sweet, pleasingly tart. A rush of blackberry flavor followed by subtly spicy ginger. Makes an incredibly unique vinaigrette. Try with BBQ pork tenderloin or finish your fruit salad. Jazz up a soda or mixed drink. Drizzle over roasted veggies with lemon or lime juice. Pairs well with Persian Lime, Eureka Lemon, Blood Orange, Garlic, Chipotle olive oils or any of our classic Ultra Premium olive oils.

Black Cherry:
Natural black cherry combined with aged Balsamic Vinegar produces a sweet, fragrant, & rich tasting balsamic. Enjoy this cherry balsamic with cheeses, such as bleu and feta. Drizzle over molten chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream. Toss into your cocktails or fizzy drinks. Pairs well with our Persian Lime or Orange Oil, Rosemary and Basil olive oils, too. Try folding this balsamic into your yogurt or these Truffle Cookies.

Black Mission Fig:
Thick, ripe and bursting with flavor. Outstanding over cheese, almost any salad, with peaches or grilled chicken. Simply drizzle over a juicy tomato for an easy snack. One of our most popular sellers! A natural & popular pairing = Fig Balsamic + Garlic Oil; Or pair this balsamic with Mushroom & Sage, Herbs de Provence, Tuscan Herb, Blood Orange or any plain UP olive oil.

Blueberry:
Phenomenal sweetness bursting with the aroma of freshly picked wild blueberries! A nice addition to any salad, but particularly those that include blue, goat or feta cheese and when paired with our Blood Orange and Lemon olive oils. Add a splash to your BBQ sauce or meat marinades- great with Ribs or Pulled Pork. Fantastic drizzled over fresh fruit, ice cream or a combination of the two! Works wonderfully over baked lemon ricotta cake for dessert or atop pancakes and waffles for brunch! Blueberry Balsamic Cream Cake or a yummy Blueberry Vinaigrette for a scrumptious Kale salad.

Dark Chocolate:
Rich dark chocolate flavors are combined with intense and sweet aged balsamic to create a unique show stopper! You can use it for savory and sweet dishes alike. It's a special touch on spinach salads along side steaks. Perfect for adding that secret touch to chili and mole sauce. It pairs well with hard, intense cheeses such as Parmesan, Asiago, and sharp Provolone. It's a must try on strawberries with vanilla ice cream or paired with pound cake. Our martini recipe lets this balsamic shine! Pairs well with Orange, Chipotle, Harissa, Mushroom & Sage, and Basil olive oil.

**Denissimo**                                { A long time in the making! }
A traditional and unflavored balsamic. Aged is casks of mulberry, ash, oak, juniper, and cherry wood. An exquisite and exceedingly rare 1.36 density. Aged for over 18 years. Serve with your finest cheese plate, drizzle over melon or berries, use as a finishing glaze for roasted meats or poultry, adorn your grilled vegetables. The ultimate balsamic for any salad. A small drizzle over desserts like ice cream and molten chocolate cake is a must! Pairs with any fresh olive oil that suits your dish.

Lavender:
Floral, sweet, and slightly herbaceous, our all natural lavender captures the essence of this ancient flower. Pair with chicken, in vinaigrette, over ice cream or fresh fruit. Great on any greens too, from brussels to spinach. Toss a teaspoon or so into a refreshing gin & tonic or your lemonade (nope, you won't know it's a vinegar!). Neapolitan Herb:
Zesty and versatile, it has just the right amount of acidity to shine in a multitude of culinary applications, especially where a savory characteristic is desired. Made from traditional herbs long used in Neapolitan cuisine including rosemary, marjoram, thyme, garlic, and sage, it will launch your salad, marinade, or BBQ to the next culinary level. Try drizzled over roasted vegetables or fresh sliced summer heirloom tomatoes. Use to marinate poultry, spike a Bloody Mary, Portabella mushrooms, pork or a thick rib-eye steak before grilling. Fantastic in dressings, with pasta, rice, quinoa, drizzled over cucumbers and tomatoes, brushed on bruschetta or paired with creamy cheeses. We’ve found it to be fantastic paired with our Garlic, Blood Orange, Lemon, Lime, and Tuscan Herb Olive Oil. Any UP Certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil works well too.

Pomegranate:
This intense, sweet-tart flavor of our pomegranate balsamic is a perfect match for hearty meats, like lamb and duck. Adds depth to pan sauces, braised meats, or compotes. Red Wine Vinegar, Organic:
With an acidity of 6%, our Organic Red Wine Vinegar is blended from the finest Italian red wines, Lambrusco and Trebbiano, both of which are made from the highest quality grape varieties grown in Italy. Aged slowly for more than ten years in white Italian oak barrels without added sulfites.The wine is converted to vinegar using a slow, natural fermentation. The finished product is a premium, natural, barrel-aged vinegar with a robust flavor. Pairs wells with Tuscan Herb, Mushroom & Sage, Rosemary, Garlic, and any of our UP olive oils.

Strawberry:
A marvelous condimento which marries sweet and tart. Laced with the natural essence of strawberry, it performs exquisitely on dessert dishes. Try drizzling over spinach greens with feta cheese or over grilled asparagus and fish. Paired with our basil oil it becomes a top selling pair!

Tangerine:
Made with whole fruit tangerine essence blended with 12 and 18-year Balsamic which results in a lower acid level, offset by the tart citrus tangerine flavor. Delicious drizzled over fruit or mix with our Dark Toasted Sesame Oil for an incredible Asian dressing. Great with various types of fish, pork, chicken or shrimp. Drizzle over rice or quinoa, yogurt and ice cream. Pair this balsamic with various olive oils: Basil, Lime, Rosemary, Lemon, Orange, or and classic UP olive oil.

Traditional 18yr aged:
