Happy Spring Fellow Foodies! Are you chomping at the bit for the Farmer's Markets to open up? We are! We can't wait to play with some of our new oils atop fresh greens and the like! This is a sample blog entry.

We are excited to present two different varietals from the Spanish Oro Bailen, one of the most decorated producers in the world. First another award winning, robust Picual and a secondly a mild Arbequina. Many of you will be thrilled to see the Portugese Medium-bodied Cobrancosa back on the shelves. And we are thrilled that an we snagged up one Organic Arbosana with is a mild EVOO from California. As always, all the current harvest information and chemistry can be found here on our website. Along with the new Ultra Premiums, we have also brought in a Fused Rosemary Oil, which is very limited, a Fused Baklouti Chili Oil and a Golden Pineapple White Balsamic!

We are excited to announce that we'll be soon starting cooking demos on Saturday afternoons right inside the shoppe. Follow us on Facebook or Instagram (#pourolive) to stay posted on what and when we'll doing! We'll be showing you not only how to use our many different flavored artisanal oils and balsamic vinegar's, but also some of our wonderful artisanal Italian products we have recently started carrying such as Prunill semi-sundried tomatoes and cherry tomato pate!
