Crunchy Chipotle Chickpeas

Makes about 1 cup.

Ingredients:

15 oz. can chickpeas, rinsed and well drained

1 Tbsp. PO chipotle olive oil

1 tsp. ground cumin

½ tsp. coriander

½ tsp. seat salt

Method:

1. Preheat Oven to 400°F

2. On a baking sheet, toss chickpeas with PO harissa olive oil, cumin, coriander and sea salt

3. Roast until crunchy, stirring halfway through cooking (about 35 minutes)
